The partial collapse happened at 10.55pm on Tuesday, leaving concrete rubble scattered in the street.

Neighbouring homes were evacuated in case of further collapse and 31 people were moved to safety.
The cause of the collapse remains unclear, with no official statements yet from emergency services.

Three years earlier, a section of the Hotel Neptun in Rostock collapsed when a crane toppled over during construction work. Several construction workers were injured.
